Join us for guest speakers, classic children’s movie music performed live by local talent, and the announcement of the Summer @ Your Library bookmark design winners. Everyone is encouraged to dress as your favorite storybook/cartoon character. Children will receive a prize (while supplies last).
- Merry Melodies! Timeless Children's Movie Music. NOTE: special day and time.This concert kicks off the year-long celebration of the Library's 5th anniversary, as well as the exciting summer of events and activities for all ages: "Reading Takes You Everywhere!". Listen to classic songs performed by local talent. Dress as your favorite storybook or movie character and receive a special prize. Meet a princess or two! Winners of the Library's bookmark contest will be announced.
